Terms & Conditions – DreamScripted Friendship Community

By accessing or using the DreamScripted Friendship Community website (“Site”) or joining our community, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership & Community Use

  • DreamScripted is strictly a friendship and faith-based community. It is not a dating service, and members should not use the platform for romantic matchmaking.

  • Members must treat others respectfully and follow community guidelines.

  • We reserve the right to remove members who violate rules or act inappropriately.

  • Membership in DreamScripted is open to adults age 18 and older. By joining, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and able to participate responsibly in an online faith-based community. DreamScripted reserves the right to deny or revoke membership if a member’s behavior violates our community values or Terms of Service.

  • DreamScripted membership fees cover participation in our 8-week guided friendship journey, online small-group sessions, and access to member resources.
    Membership is billed per quarter.
    Fees are listed clearly at the time of registration and are not subject to hidden charges.

  • Memberships automatically renew at the end of each quarter unless cancelled. Members may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting connect@dreamscripted.com or using the cancellation link in their Circle account. Canceling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current cycle.

  • Because DreamScripted programming and resources are delivered digitally, all fees are non-refundable once your membership period begins.
    Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges or technical issues that prevent access to the program.
    Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge.

  • DreamScripted operates as a virtual community. Members are never required to meet in person. Any in-person interaction that occurs between members is voluntary and at each member’s own discretion and responsibility

  • Members agree to uphold kindness, confidentiality, and respect. DreamScripted reserves the right to suspend or remove members who engage in harassment, discrimination, or behavior that conflicts with our mission and values.

2. Payments

  • Membership fees, if applicable, are processed via Stripe and/or Circle.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Access is granted for the duration of the purchased membership or program.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including curriculum and materials, is owned by DreamScripted.

  • Members may not copy, share, or reproduce content without permission.

  • User-submitted content may be moderated or removed if it violates guidelines.

4. Liability

  • Participation is voluntary. DreamScripted is not responsible for personal, spiritual, or financial outcomes resulting from participation.

5. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms.

6. Updates

  • Terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
